On a new custom home we start from bare dirt and deliver a complete landscape. On an established home we keep what works and rebuild what does not. With a plan for the whole property, before anything goes in the ground. Planting shrubs before the grade is right, or pouring a walkway before the drainage is solved, means paying twice. Yes, that is our favorite kind of project. A new build hands us a blank canvas: we design the whole property to match the house, from the street view to the back fence. Builder-grade dirt usually needs real soil work and drainage before anything else, and we handle that first so the lawn and plantings actually thrive.
